XENOPHILIA (2009)

What is my relation to the third-world? In my daily life, I experience a cult of openness to foreign cultures, I call it Xenophilia.
This book is a journey through representations of the third-world.
It aims to show how we cultivate the gap between the western way of life and a fantasized exotic,
and furthermore how paternalism and neo-colonialism are omnipresent in many seemingly innocent images.
